Oh my gosh, YES!! I have been telling my girls this for a while!! Fresh air and vitamin D is so important, I don’t even mind them getting dirty. As long as they are outside and having fun! Typically in the summer our “go to” is any kind of water play, although I think it’s time to change things up. Thank You for all the cute ideas

and gardening – i think the kids enjoyed it more when they were tots.. need to get them interested more now they are teens..
